Healthy Mind, Healthy Body (PSHE / RSE)

    Jigsaw Calm Music

"Research shows that children who are emotionally healthy do better at school.  PSHE at Aston Clinton helps children achieve their potential by supporting their well-being and tackling issues that can affect their ability to learn, such as anxiety and unhealthy relationships."  - Adapted from PSHE Association

The Statutory Guidance for Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education (June 2019)  sets out what schools must cover from September 2020 (within a broader PSHE education).  Our curriculum integrates, but is not limited to, the statutory content. It also covers economic wellbeing, careers and enterprise education, as well as education for personal safety, including assessing and managing risk.
